A NEW DIRECTION
We recognized the need to have a bite to eat while enjoying a well crafted cocktail. We had experimented with various options over the years and arrived at a solution. While limited in space, we finally realized that we will never be satisfied unless we are providing “real” food. To us, “real” is quality food at reasonable prices. It took over 3 years of work to develop recipes, construct and fund a kitchen in limited space, and to bring our concept to life.
